About the Zimmermans
As a mother-daughter duo, Trina and Kristen Zimmerman, we've been crafting delicious treats since our humble start in downtown Fort Mill in 2015. After experiencing tremendous growth over the past decade, and stepping into more managerial roles, we wanted to return to what we love most: personally feeding and serving our community.
Many of our recipes have been passed down through generations, allowing us to invite you into some of our most cherished memories while adding our own creative twists.
Z Head Griddler
Nathan has been an integral part of our team since 2020. Nathan came to us as a dishwasher but that didn't last long after we saw his chops on z grill. He takes joy in seeing our repeat customers savor his meals, collaborating with us on new menu creations, and taking pride in his craft.
